Cocktail Sauce
Ingredients
1/2 cup chili sauce(recommended: Heinz)
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
Directions
For the cocktail sauce, combine the chili sauce, ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.
Wasbi Cocktail Sauce
Ingredients
1/2 cup chili sauce(recommended: Heinz)
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons prepared wasbi
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (sriracha)
1/2 teaspoon black sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
For the cocktail sauce, combine the chili sauce, ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.
Traditional Florida Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup stone ground mustard (recommended: Plockmans)
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
Directions
For the mustard sauce, combine the mayonnaise, white miso, sour cream, Dijon mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.
Miso Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 ounces white miso
1/4 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
Directions
For the mustard sauce, combine the mayonnaise, white miso, sour cream, Dijon mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.
Drawn Lemon-Thyme Butter
Ingredients
8 ounces unsalted butter (room temperature)
1 clove garlic (peeled and gently crushed)
1/4 teaspoon of fresh thyme (chopped)
1 lemon (juiced and zested)
1 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
Add all ingredients to a pan and set over low heat. Slowly melt butter and barely bring to a simmer – the lemon and herbs should become fragrant. Remove from heat and serve warm with crab.
