Orders can be refrigerated for up to 48 hours. Freeze if you plan to use after 48 hours. Once frozen orders stay as good as the day they were cut for up to 2 months.

Simply pick the size you would like on the order page and we will cut them to your spec and vacuumed seal them to maintain freshness.
All the work is done for you, no fuss no muss and you can freeze what you don't use for another great meal as the vacuumed packaging will keep the fish just as fresh as the day it was caught.
